Flu anyone?

Tasse mit SpiegelungI have been hearing of some people struggling with the flu.
Here are the 3 most common flu remedies and they are available at local health food stores.

Oscilloccosinum – I know – impossible to pronounce, but can stop a flu in it’s tracks if taken as soon as you even begin to think you might be coming down with the flu. You can also take it as a preventive if you have been around someone with the flu. It only works in the very early stages or the first day. Take about 10 pellets as these are tiny. (Ignore the label you DO NOT need to take the whole vial!) Repeat no more than 4 times a day, no longer than for 2 days. By then if you did get the flu after all,  you need a different remedy.

Gelsemium 30C – if you are feeling miserable, exhausted, weak and really don’t care about anything. Or if you are just not getting over the flu.

Bryonia 30C – if everything hurts, head and body and any movement is tooooo much. You just want to be left alone.

INSTRUCTIONS: If it sounds like one of the remedies fits, take 2 pellets every 2 hours, no more than 4x. If you do not see any improvement, stop it’s not the right remedy. Try another.
If you are feeling somewhat better, only take the remedy again if healing progress stops or you are feeling worse again.

There are many more remedies that can help! REST, DRINK PLENTY OF FLUIDS. YOU ARE ON A TIME OUT!
